IT AUDIT OFFICER
Conducts independent and objective assessment of controls, reliability and integrity of the Bank’s IT environment, including the evaluation of technology risk management process. Provides an assurance that important control mechanisms are in place for detecting deficiencies and managing risks in the implementation of IT.
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA); CISA license is an advantage
- At least 2 years experience in IT audit
- Above average skill in written and oral communication
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and IT auditing tools
AUDIT EXAMINER
Conducts audit of the different units of the Bank based on the approved audit plan. Performs objective evaluation of control adequacy and makes sound recommendation for improvement to achieve established objectives and compliance to policies and regulations.
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Experience is an advantage but not required. New CPAs are welcome to apply.

ACCOUNT OFFICER – BUSINESS LOANS
Makati and Cebu
Markets the business loan products of the Bank and manages the portfolios of corporate clients. Communicates regularly with prospective and existing clients for purposes of identifying needs and identifying suitable bank products.
- Graduate of a four-year business course
- At least three (3) years experience in account solicitation and portfolio/fund management
- Excellent marketing, selling and negotiation skills
- Strong background in account management, financial analysis and credit evaluationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT
Responsible for handling various accounting processes such as general bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and preparation of required reports.
- Graduate of a 4-year business course
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting and reconciliation

- Proficient in spreadsheet applications
CREDIT BUREAU CHECKERS – CONSUMER CREDIT SERVICES DIVISION
Responsible for reviewing the results of credit bureau checks and safekeeps physical application of documents.
- Must be a graduate of any four-year course
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
DATA ENCODERS - CONSUMER CREDIT SERVICES DIVISION
Encode loans and credit card applications in the LOS.
- Must be a graduate of any four-year course

CREDIT INVESTIGATOR - CONSUMER CREDIT SERVICES DIVISION
Responsible for conducting credit database checking on prospective clients or employees of the Bank to determine the minimum eligibility requirement and qualification according to set standards of the Bank.
- Must be a graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Business Management

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND DISTRIBUTION HEAD - DIGITAL BANKING DIVISION
Responsible for leading the product creation and strategy, providing the thought leadership and long-term design and road map for digital bank products and revenue targets.
- Graduate of any four-year Business or Information Technology course
- 8-10 years’ experience in any alternative banking channels or products from the banking industry, alternative channel service providers or other industry partners
- Experience in product management in retail banking, payments, finance, technology, or consulting in similar job functions
- Experience in product, brand or business development in banking systems and other financial systems
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND DISTRIBUTION OFFICER - DIGITAL BANKING DIVISION
Responsible for managing the day to day activities on product creation and strategy, managing the growth of digital bank offerings, products, strategic partnerships and distribution channels in the market.
He/She is responsible for managing the product road map, creating plans for product implementation and customer roll-out.
The role will drive key performance indicators of digital bank products and revenue targets.
- Graduate of any four-year Business or Information Technology course
- 3-5 years’ experience in any alternative banking channels or products from the banking industry, alternative channel service providers or other industry partners

OPERATIONS AND CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT HEAD - DIGITAL BANKING DIVISION
Responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to back office support and general operations. Ensures that customers remain satisfied with the products and services.
- Graduate of any four-year Business course
- 8-10 years’ experience in business planning and analysis, biased towards financial based metrics
- Knowledgeable on concepts in operational management such as lean management, six sigma, activity-based costing, order management

Responsible for the legality of the transactions, documents, and contracts entered into by the Bank. Handles Bank’s loan and security documentation. Provides legal counseling.
Supports the Litigation Officer in the handling of the Bank’s cases and acts as Compliance Coordinator of the Legal Department.
- Graduate of Bachelor of Laws
- A member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines
- At least two (2) years of experience in the practice of Law
- Preferably with experience in Civil and/or Commercial law
SALES ASSISTANTS - SME LEADING DIVISION
Assists in the administrative works specifically in managing application turn-ins, answers applicants and/or agents daily inquiries, updating of MIS reports, recon of accounts, etc.
