Eligibility Criteria For Company Accreditation
- Registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Cooperative Development Authority (CDA), or other relevant government agencies.
- Must have at least 30 permanent employees
- Not engaged in businesses that are classified as high risk by the Bank
Pre-accreditation Requirements:
- Company Profile
- Latest General Information Sheet
- SEC Registration and Articles of Incorporations and by laws
- Latest Audited Financial Statements for the past three (3) years
- Corporate Income Tax Return (BIR form 1701) for the part three (3) years
Post-accreditation Requirements:
- Memorandum of Agreement
- Secretary Certificate
- Photocopy of two valid ID’s of the company authorized signatories with three (3) specimen signature
